What we collect

When you sign up, we collect your email address, your child's first name, age, favorite animal, and favorite color. We also store your timezone and preferred story delivery time. This is everything we need to create and deliver personalized bedtime stories — nothing more.

How we use your data

Your information is used solely to generate personalized stories and send them to your inbox at your chosen time. We do not sell, share, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties, ever.

Email delivery

We use Resend to deliver story emails. Your email address is transmitted securely and stored in an encrypted database. We track whether emails are opened so we can improve delivery quality — this is done via a tiny invisible pixel in each email.

Data storage

Subscriber data is stored securely using Supabase, a hosted Postgres database with row-level security enabled. We retain your data only for as long as you remain subscribed.

Unsubscribe & data deletion

Every story email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. When you unsubscribe, your data is removed from our active subscriber list. To request full deletion of your data, email us at privacy@monkebiz.io.

Children's privacy

MonkeBiz Stories is a service for parents. We collect only a child's first name and age-group — never contact details or any directly identifying information about children. Parents are the account holders and control all data.

Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Our website uses no third-party analytics.
